Citadel Wireless will provide service through established nationwide U.S. carrier infrastructure. Coverage resources, supported network details, and device compatibility guidance will be published before customer enrollment opens.

BYOD first

Launch service is expected to support unlocked compatible phones. Device financing is not part of the initial model.

eSIM first

Citadel is preparing for an eSIM-first launch, with physical SIM availability where needed for compatible devices.

Coverage check before activation

Customers should expect an IMEI and coverage check before activation once launch systems are ready.

Expected compatibility requirements

  • An unlocked phone compatible with the supported U.S. wireless network.
  • A device that has not been reported lost, stolen, or blocked.
  • eSIM compatibility for eSIM activation.
  • An accurate E911 service address for emergency services.
