Broadband Consumer Labels
Plan labels will be published before commercial enrollment.
Broadband Facts labels for Citadel Basic, Standard and Max are being finalized for commercial enrollment. Our intended launch prices and plan structures are approved; the required final disclosures must be completed before monthly purchases begin.
Label status
Citadel Wireless is pre-launch and has not opened standard customer checkout. Broadband Consumer Labels will be added before customers can purchase active mobile service plans.
Final labels are not yet published. Remaining work includes verifying that typical download, upload and latency ranges apply to these services, the treatment of optional method- and destination-specific USPS shipping charges, point-of-sale display, and integration with checkout and customer records. Unfinished drafts are not official FCC disclosures.
