Join List For organizations
Offer a practical wireless benefit without managing phones, plans, or group billing. Eligible participants keep their own Citadel account while your organization sponsors a clear monthly service credit.
Program overview
Your organization chooses how many monthly credits to sponsor, starting at 25. Each sponsored credit provides $5 toward one eligible active Citadel line per month.
Participants enroll directly with Citadel, keep control of their number and account, and receive the credit when they meet your eligibility rules.
You sponsor the benefit. Citadel manages the customer relationship, applies credits to eligible active accounts, and supports the customer directly.
How it works
Start with 25 monthly credits, then expand in planned increments as participation grows.
You decide which members, employees, volunteers, retirees, or participants are eligible.
Eligible participants sign up as individual Citadel customers once service is available.
Qualified active accounts receive the sponsored credit up to your selected monthly capacity.
Citadel handles service questions, billing, and credit application with the customer.
Your organization selects its sponsorship capacity in advance. Once the program activates, that capacity represents a fixed monthly sponsorship commitment, so your monthly program cost is known in advance.
Sponsorship capacity
Each sponsored credit contributes $5 per eligible active line per month.
| Sponsored capacity | Monthly sponsorship | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| 25 credits | $125/month | Starter sponsorship |
| 50 credits | $250/month | Small organization |
| 100 credits | $500/month | Growing sponsorship |
| 250 credits | $1,250/month | Regional program |
| 500+ credits | By arrangement | Staged rollout |
Your selected capacity is a fixed monthly sponsorship commitment once the program activates. For example, sponsoring 25 credits means a $125 monthly commitment and makes up to 25 individual $5 credits available each month. Participation below the selected capacity does not reduce the monthly sponsorship amount. Unused capacity is not redeemable for cash or refunded.
