What the purchase is
Founding Member Access is a pre-launch support offer for early customers who want to help Citadel Wireless prepare for launch. The $249 one-time payment is intended to provide 12 full monthly service periods of entry-tier Citadel Wireless mobile service after service launches and the founding member successfully activates eligible service.
What the purchase is not
Founding Member Access is not active wireless service today, does not guarantee immediate activation, and does not guarantee service availability at every address, on every device, or under every final launch configuration.
Service terms may change before launch
Final plan names, data thresholds, network management practices, coverage resources, device compatibility rules, taxes, regulatory fees, surcharges, SIM availability, and activation procedures may change before launch. If the Citadel Basic name or entry-tier plan structure changes, the founding member benefit will map to the closest entry-tier launch plan determined by Citadel Wireless.
Compatibility and availability
Use of the founding member service benefit is subject to final service availability, coverage, device compatibility, an unlocked eligible device, successful activation, accurate customer information, E911 address requirements, and acceptance of applicable launch terms.
Taxes, fees, and SIM costs
The founding member purchase covers the stated pre-launch offer. Taxes, regulatory fees, surcharges, shipping, physical SIM costs, or other pass-through charges may apply unless Citadel Wireless states that they are included or waived for the offer.
Refund eligibility
If Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service during calendar year 2026, founding members will be eligible for a full refund of the $249 purchase price. Refund requests should be sent to support@citadelwireless.com with the purchaser name, purchase email address, and available Stripe receipt information.
Refund timing before the launch deadline
Unless required by law or approved by Citadel Wireless, the founding member refund promise applies if Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service during calendar year 2026. Citadel may also issue refunds when it determines a founding member cannot reasonably use the service because of launch availability, activation failure, or other service-limiting circumstances.
Transferability
Founding Member Access is intended for the original purchaser and is not transferable unless Citadel Wireless approves the transfer in writing.
