Citadel Wireless is preparing to open enrollment for three straightforward mobile service plans. Whether you need basic connectivity, a predictable monthly data allowance, or unlimited mobile service, our planned offerings are designed to keep pricing and usage terms clear.

These are Citadel Wireless's intended launch plans. Standard monthly enrollment is not yet open. Final service availability, coverage, compatibility, and required disclosures will be confirmed before purchases begin.

Citadel Basic

1 GB of mobile data included

For customers who primarily use their phones for calling, messaging, and occasional mobile internet access.

Citadel Standard

5 GB high-speed + up to 3 GB reduced-speed data

For everyday mobile users who want predictable data allowances without automatic overage charges.

The full 8 GB allowance is not high-speed. The first 5 GB are high-speed, followed by up to 3 GB at a maximum of 256 Kbps. Mobile data stops at 8 GB total monthly usage. No automatic data overage charges.

Speeds can be temporarily reduced during network congestion. After 50 GB of hotspot usage, hotspot speeds are reduced to a maximum of 128 Kbps for the rest of the cycle. Video is generally managed toward standard definition, approximately 1.5 Mbps. Unlimited data does not guarantee unrestricted high-speed service.

SIM delivery and fees

There is no separate service activation fee. eSIM activation is free where supported. For a physical SIM, choose standard USPS letter delivery without tracking or tracked USPS Ground Advantage shipping, where appropriate.

Physical SIM shipping is charged at the applicable USPS rate for the selected service and destination. The exact customer-facing charge will be displayed before payment authorization. There is no advertised flat postage price or maximum.

No long-term service contract, early termination fee or customer plan-change fee. Eligible plan changes are scheduled for a billing-cycle boundary; requests requiring additional review are not processed automatically. Final cancellation and refund policies will be available before monthly enrollment opens.

Founding Member Access

Founding Member Access is a pre-launch support offer for early customers who want to help Citadel Wireless prepare for launch. The $249 one-time payment is intended to provide 12 full monthly service periods of Citadel Standard service after Citadel Wireless launches and the founding member successfully activates eligible service.

This is a voluntary launch-support purchase, not active wireless service today. Taxes and optional SIM costs or shipping may be additional under the Founding Member Terms.

If Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service by the end of Q1 2027, founding members will be eligible for a full refund of the $249 purchase price under the Founding Member Terms.

Important plan notes

Basic usage above 1 GB is automatically billed at $3.99 per GB, rounded up once across aggregate additional usage per monthly billing cycle and charged on a subsequent invoice. Unused data does not roll over. Basic does not include hotspot or a hard data cutoff at 1 GB.
Standard includes 5 GB high-speed, then up to 3 GB at reduced speeds of no more than 256 Kbps. Data stops at 8 GB total. No automatic data overage charges.
Max includes unlimited on-device mobile data and 50 GB of high-speed hotspot, then hotspot at a maximum of 128 Kbps for the remainder of the cycle. Video is generally managed toward standard definition, approximately 1.5 Mbps. High speeds and network priority are not guaranteed.
International calling and roaming entitlements are not advertised.
