Founding Member Access
Founding Member Access is a pre-launch support offer for early customers who want to help Citadel Wireless prepare for launch. The $249 one-time payment is intended to provide 12 full monthly service periods of entry-tier mobile service after Citadel Wireless launches and the founding member successfully activates eligible service.
If Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service during calendar year 2026, founding members will be eligible for a full refund of the $249 purchase price under the Founding Member Terms.

- High-speed data is expected up to the listed monthly threshold. After that threshold, speeds may be reduced for the rest of the billing cycle.
- Taxes, regulatory fees, and applicable surcharges may apply unless final launch terms state otherwise.
- Mobile hotspot availability may vary by plan and device, and any hotspot usage is expected to count toward the high-speed data threshold.
- Citadel will publish Broadband Consumer Labels before commercial plan enrollment.
