Citadel Wireless is preparing to open standard mobile service enrollment. Standard wireless service is not yet commercially available.
Founding Member Access
Founding Member Access is governed by the Founding Member Terms. It is a pre-launch support offer and is not active wireless service today.
Eligibility
Future service may require compatible equipment, coverage availability, identity or fraud checks, an accurate service address, and acceptance of final plan terms.
Plan terms
The intended launch plans are Citadel Basic at $15/month, Citadel Standard at $25/month and Citadel Max at $39/month. These approved prices describe month-to-month service with no long-term service contract, not currently purchasable standard service. Coverage, compatibility, performance, applicable government taxes, optional shipping and required final disclosures will be confirmed before purchase. There is no Citadel-imposed recurring provider fee beyond the advertised monthly price.
Usage-based data
Citadel Basic includes 1 GB of mobile data per monthly billing cycle, without mobile hotspot or tethering. Additional usage is automatically billed at $3.99 per GB, with any fraction of an additional gigabyte rounded up to the next whole gigabyte across the applicable billing cycle. Charges appear on a subsequent invoice. Unused data does not roll over, and applicable taxes may apply. This is not a hard-capped plan. Before usage billing can begin, Citadel must verify consistent usage units and billing periods with its service provider. Rounding applies once to aggregate additional cycle usage, not to individual sessions. Final usage measurement, notices and any available usage controls must be disclosed before purchase. Standard data limit
Citadel Standard includes 8 GB total monthly data: the first 5 GB at available high speeds, followed by up to 3 GB at reduced speeds, maximum 256 Kbps. Mobile data stops at 8 GB total monthly usage. No automatic data overage charges. A data top-up is not currently available for purchase.
Max network management
Citadel Max includes unlimited on-device mobile data subject to carrier network management and possible temporary speed reductions during congestion. It includes 50 GB high-speed hotspot per monthly billing cycle, then hotspot speeds at a maximum of 128 Kbps for the remainder of that cycle. Video is generally managed toward standard definition, approximately 1.5 Mbps. Unlimited does not mean guaranteed unrestricted high-speed service, unrestricted HD video or enhanced network priority.
SIM delivery and shipping
eSIM activation is free where supported by the device and service. Customers requiring a physical SIM may select standard USPS letter delivery in a #10 envelope without tracking or tracked USPS Ground Advantage delivery, where appropriate. Shipping charges depend on the selected delivery method, destination and applicable USPS rate; no maximum shipping price is promised. The exact customer-facing shipping charge must be displayed before payment authorization. The final applicable Broadband Facts disclosure must identify the shipping fee and its customer cost before purchase.
Cancellation and plan changes
Citadel does not charge customers a plan-change fee. Eligible changes are scheduled at the next eligible billing-cycle boundary, not immediately. Changes that could trigger a carrier penalty are held for administrative review rather than automatically processed. Citadel absorbs any such carrier plan-change penalties; they are not passed on to customers.
There are no separate activation, supported eSIM activation or early termination fees. Monthly-service cancellation effective dates, handling of unused service, refunds, proration and other restrictions are still being finalized. These policies will be available before standard service can be purchased. Do not assume immediate plan changes or a particular refund amount.
