Speeds, latency, coverage, and reliability may vary based on device, location, network conditions, congestion, terrain, weather, and upstream carrier infrastructure.
Plan-level disclosures
Before standard monthly customer enrollment, Citadel will publish plan-level information addressing hotspot treatment, throttled speeds, video management if applicable, congestion management, and Broadband Consumer Labels.
