Additional Data Usage
Citadel Basic includes 1 GB of mobile data per monthly billing cycle. Additional data usage is automatically billed at $3.99 per GB.
Data usage exceeding the included monthly allowance is calculated in whole-gigabyte increments. Any fraction of an additional gigabyte is rounded up to the next whole gigabyte for billing purposes. Rounding is applied once to aggregate additional usage across the monthly billing cycle, not separately to individual data sessions.
For example, using 1.2 GB of total data during a monthly cycle results in a $3.99 additional data charge. Using 2.2 GB results in a $7.98 charge.

Additional usage is measured across the applicable billing cycle and charged on a subsequent invoice. Unused data does not roll over. Applicable taxes may apply.
Basic is a usage-based plan, not a hard-capped prepaid plan. Do not assume that data shuts off at 1 GB or that additional spending is capped.
Citadel Standard
The intended $25/month plan includes 8 GB total monthly data, not 8 GB of high-speed data. The first 5 GB are at available high speeds. Up to 3 GB more are available at reduced speeds, maximum 256 Kbps. Mobile data stops after 8 GB total monthly usage. There are no automatic additional data charges. No purchasable top-up option is advertised at this time.
Citadel Max
The intended $39/month plan includes unlimited on-device mobile data, subject to carrier network management. Speeds can be temporarily reduced during congestion, and video streaming may be managed to standard-definition quality. Unlimited data does not mean guaranteed or uninterrupted high-speed service.
The intended launch plan includes 50 GB of high-speed mobile hotspot data per monthly billing cycle. After 50 GB of hotspot usage, hotspot speeds are reduced to a maximum of 128 Kbps for the remainder of the cycle. Video streaming is generally managed toward standard-definition quality, approximately 1.5 Mbps, subject to network and content conditions.
No dedicated network priority, emergency service priority, guaranteed speeds, unrestricted HD video or enhanced security is promised. These are approved intended launch terms, not a claim that live provisioning or service testing is complete.
