If Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service by the end of Q1 2027, founding members will be eligible for a full refund of the $249 purchase price under the Founding Member Terms.
How to request a founding member refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@citadelwireless.com with the purchaser name, purchase email address, and available Stripe receipt information.
Future monthly service
Prepaid monthly service is expected to be billed in advance and generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by law or where Citadel determines a refund is appropriate due to activation failure or service unavailability.
