If Citadel Wireless does not launch mobile service by the end of Q1 2027, founding members will be eligible for a full refund of the $249 purchase price under the Founding Member Terms.
How to request a founding member refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@citadelwireless.com with the purchaser name, purchase email address, and available Stripe receipt information.
Future monthly service
Standard monthly service is not yet available for purchase. Billing timing, cancellation effective dates, handling of unused service, activation failures, refunds and plan-change restrictions will be confirmed in the final service terms before enrollment opens. The Founding Member refund condition above is unchanged.
